A beginners weights workout which gets straight into it. Please be warmed-up before starting. You will need a step & weights for: legs, shoulders, back & chest. (To intensify the workout - go slower and/or increase reps).

A 60mins Level 1 Session: A solid workout with weights. Includes some balance level 1 floor intensity and stretch.
Not suitable for everyday workout - once - twice a week with rest in-between.
