ZoomSept13: (Level 1) Weights/Balance/Floor/Stretch

A 60mins Level 1 Session: A solid workout with weights. Includes some balance level 1 floor intensity and stretch.
Not suitable for everyday workout - once - twice a week with rest in-between.
