I have been training at Studio16 now for the past 21 years with Betty.
I am turning 68 this year and feel as strong if not stronger than I was 20 years ago. Training @Studio16 – maintains a core body strength which, as you get older, it has proven to aid your body to stand tall and maintain great posture.
I had a fall last year and fractured a vertebrae in my spine. Betty helped me recover from this advising me which moves to do and which moves to avoid as I was recovering. Betty has a wide knowledge of body parts and if there is any pain, can usually diagnose what you might be doing incorrectly or at least to make you aware of either your posture or how you can alleviate the pain.
Betty also teaches us what foods the body thrives on and what to avoid which helps with digestion and many stomach issues that students sometimes arrive with.
I highly recommend our training programmes for anyone, of any age!
