This 45min programme is designed to rejuvenate the mind and body.
Training methods include : –
- Meditation & Breathing Routines;
- Strength & Balance Routines,
- Stretch & Posture Awareness Routines
By drawing mind to body, and clearing the mind of all other thoughts – we enter a meditative state of mind that will assist the rejuvenation process. Along with – strengthening and stretching of the muscles, an awareness of posture and positioning of the body is gained. This process energises all participants that will assist them to work at their optimum levels.
